Regina M. McGowan, Spiritual Guidance

Regina began her journey into yoga through a love for the asana practice and a desire to bring balance to her life. Planting her roots in the Vinyasa style of yoga, she received her 500hr teaching certification from the Always-At-At-Aum Yoga School in 2012. Given the spiritual name Samarasa, which in Sanskrit means “having equal bliss”, Regina is currently one of their lead trainers. She strives to build confidence in each of her students while inspiring them to develop well-rounded balance they can bring off the mat. Regina is an Attorney licensed to practice in New York and California, a Master of Reiki, Natural Horsemanship Practitioner and Self-trained Intuitive. In 2019 she created the company Romeo’s Rocks in memory of her beloved soul dog Romeo, to be able to bring affordable crystals and crystal healing to the community.
